Ok - well here goes I live is SE London Penge/Croydon/Beckenham borders and would love to find some local friends to either run or cycle with (I am just getting into running and can just manage 5k ish but feel having some companions at a similar level would encourage me to progress and of course it would work both ways) I love cycling and would love to also fins some cycling buddies to ride with.
