Which Vitamin is making me nausea

I'm trying to google it but I'm not getting anywhere. I take four vitamins everyday B100, One a Day weight Smart, Vitamin D, and Iron Ferrous Gluconate.
I know it's not the Vitamin D because I just started taking that. I know I could just cut one out each day but there are sometimes where I don't feel sick.
I always take them in the morning with food.

Does the multi have iron? I see you also take a seperate iron pill- that can make some ppl sick - at first- then you get used to it. Do you NEED the extra iron? I personally do and take a multi with it and am used to it now- but at first - ick city. Good luck.
ETA- I also switched to taking it after lunch- so it wasnt just after food- but after a few meals... I just felt like my body needed a little more wake up before slamming it with all that- and it seems to be ok for me now.0 -
Probably the iron.0

Probably the iron.
I agree that iron is the most likely culprit for nausea.0 -
From a fellow iron commando I'd suspect the iron. There's a formulation called "Perfect Iron", put out by Sundown Naturals. It's a carbonyl iron type. I not only don't get sick taking it, I can take it WITHOUT food and still not get sick.0

I have to take the Iron and yes the One a Day has Iron, I will try changing the time of the day I take them. I have my coffee and an active baby for a pick me up in the morning.0

It's probably from the second iron pill, I know too much iron makes me feel nauseous. :sick:0

I've heard it recommended to take something like orange juice with iron, as vitamin C helps it's absorption. Not sure if that would help with the nausea though. Worth experimenting with different brands.0
