so freaking frustrated

ok so on thursday I wanted to see where I am in weight and was so excited 4 lbs down then I weigh in today so I can document it now the scale says only 1 lb down it makes no since I have exercised and documented every calorie and even ate back my workout calories I just dont get what would make such a diffrence in 3 days!!!!!!

Don't weigh yourself more than once a week. It's probably just water weight, so don't fret. Also, be careful eating your exercise calories back if you're using MFP to calculate calories burned because it greatly overestimates. I'd recommend eating only half of them back.0

I agree I think thats what im going to do also what I found out was that mfp when I put in exercise it says i have burned more calories than i really have, i went and bought a heart rate watch and it says im only burning 130 calories which is alot less then i though i was burning so this week im starting new and see what next sunday brings me!!!! now my scale says 2 lbs this morning went to the bathroom scale read 1 lb now went 1 hr later went to the bathroom now scale says 2 lbs either i had the extra pee weight or my scale is broken!0
