Setting new goals

I am a 39-year-old mom of 2 kids. Until recently, my fitness goals have been vague and not clearly defined. I am now running/walking 4-5 times a week in preparation for a half-marathon at the end of June. I have just completed my first 5K and have another coming up soon. Since I am not overly concerned about weight loss (with only 10 pounds to lose), I am focusing on stamina, endurance, and energy. I look forward to using this site and possibly making some new friends.

    Good luck on your upcoming marathon, and Congrates on completing a 5k. I can't wait to build up to that sort of thing I am at the very beginning stages of physical fitness.
