New and in the UK

Hi, I am about 4 days into this. Anyone else in the UK on here? I got into this through having my Fitbit, one of my friends on there guided me here.

So far I have discovered that logging food on here is more accurate than on Fitbit as I can actually find the product I eat rather than having to opt for generic ones. Then it sends the info to my Fitbit. Not sure how else this site can help me, other than support and encouragement, Anyone willing to take on a UK friend?
