I all! I am a newbie here, just trying to motivate myself. I am 53, a recent Crossfitter for 2 years. I loved it, had amazing results. I was eating strictly Paleo. We had some financial changes, and I had to drpo Crossfit. The Crossfit community was a huge support for me, and now I have had a total setback. Starting back, and trying to keep motivated, and workout on my own.
