Mentor/Friend needed

Hi, I hope this is the right place to ask this request.

I need some one to help me traverse this weight loss/getting fit thing. Some one to check in with me, maybe once a week, and give me feed back on my diet and help me build a fitness program. I am obviously doing something wrong..

I was tracking faithfully and working out at the gym and I wasn't seeing much in the way of results.

I am 54 years old 5'4" and 137 pounds - not bad but a far cry from where I want to be. I really hate nost of the cardio machines. I do Zumba 3 times a week and I am learing to Hula for a trip to Hawaii. I do yoga 2 times a week and I lift weights the rest of the time. I have one complete rest day every week.

I don't drink enouigh water and I have a sweet tooth when I am bored.

I want to lose a little weight and tone up.
