Do you weigh it before or after you cook it for the weigh you need to enter in mfp? Example hamburger patty or chicken breast!?!?!?!

After it is cooked, 7oz uncooked meat will usually be around 5oz after cooking.0

I always just use the weight showing on the package. Since I cook for four, I usually do the total weight and divide by four.0 -
It depends, but most of the generic meat entries in the MFP database (the ones added by staff) have options for raw or cooked. If I'm making it myself, I usually weigh it raw, but if someone else made it, or if I'm estimating, I go with the value for cooked.0
