Android version different from iPad version

I wonder if there is a way to get the iPad version on an Andoid. My wife and I have different devices. Mine is the iPad and I really like the myfitnesspal application there, but the Android version has a totally different UI, which is NOT the same and NOT as good.
Any thoughts?

i second that. my wife has the ipad version which looks great, but my android tablet version looks absolutely HORRID... why the difference ?0
