For those joining the Christmas Challenge, remember this is week 1's challenge!
This challenge will start on Moday the 19th and end on Christmas.
Week 1 Challenge (from the 19th to 25th) :
Exercise - Walk 30 minutes a day
20 leg lifts
10 burpees
10 squats
Diet - Drink nothing but water! Add fresh lemon/lime to flavor it. This can be challenging to those who love their sweet tea
Also weigh yourself tomorrow and then we will weigh ourselves again on Christmas Day! (so we will only weight ourselves twice during the challenge!)
