For those joining the Christmas Challenge, remember this is week 1's challenge!

This challenge will start on Moday the 19th and end on Christmas.

Week 1 Challenge (from the 19th to 25th) :

Exercise - Walk 30 minutes a day
20 leg lifts
10 burpees
10 squats

Diet - Drink nothing but water! Add fresh lemon/lime to flavor it. This can be challenging to those who love their sweet tea ;)

Also weigh yourself tomorrow and then we will weigh ourselves again on Christmas Day! (so we will only weight ourselves twice during the challenge!)
