Obsessed with eating healthy. Ladies, help!

I love MFP and I can honestly say that when I track my food I feel much better about what and how much I eat. However, I fear that this is slowly starting to become an obsession and I fear I am too thin. I know I have to gain a few pounds (maybe 5) but I am scared that I'm going to gain it all back. What makes it even worse is that I gain it in my face and that used to be my biggest insecurity. I have also lost my bum, chest and thighs and this makes me even more upset. Everyone tells me I need to gain weight, so why am I so scared? Any tips to get past this and to become healthier and more confident in the way my body looks! I've lost all this weight and I am still not pleased with my body!

Maybe its time to look into lean gaining and doing weights so you put on more muscle to help build up places like your bum for example...I started MFP quite underweight and have used it so far to gain about 11lbs now, but I am still the same size, I just have muscle definition all over now now where as before I was just skinny and shapeless, I hope to keep gaining a little more too.
I get your fear of gaining, but there is a healthy way to control your gains. My diary isn't in the best of shape just now, but add me if you want gaining support.
Note I'm 5'4½" and currently 108lbs

That's exactly what I was going to say. Gain MUSCLE! You'll look great and fat is taken out of the picture. Granted, you will have to do some serious weight training and women can only put on about 2.8lbs of muscle per month, but slower is better anyway.
Maybe step away from logging or increase your protein intake by adding 100 cals of protein to your diet each day to start things moving in the right direction.0
