Curb This Appetite

....the safe way. Yes I can count calories and track all day long in MFP. However, I suffer from chonic fatigue and often cannot make it to the gym. Is there anything out there that can help curb my appetite and give me energy without raising my blood pressure or having crappy side effects?

  • Try drinking a large of glass of water when you start feeling cravings and whatnot. We often mistake hunger for thirst :)

    This is what I do when I feel like snacking but I'm not hungry. Drinking water usually makes me feel full enough to realize I'm not actually hungry.
