Fruit Flush (detox newbie!)

Hey everyone, this is my first MFP post! I've been loving the app but I decided to get more involved here for inspiration. :)

On Monday I'm starting my very first "detox diet." Ugh, I hate those two words... I don't think of it as a diet, I see it as more of a chance to kickstart my body into enjoying and craving fresh fruit and veg again. :) I'm going to try the Fruit Flush because it's 3 days, which I think I can stick to, and it's FRUIT, which I love. I'm not actually buying the book, just following the general guidelines.

Has anyone tried this? How about another similar 3 day or fruit cleanse? Do you have any tips or advice for a first-timer?
