Depends on what your calorie goal is. If it is 1200, then it is not healthy to be under that. 1200 is considered the minimum calories needed for a body to function.0

Depends how far under. Can you open your diary so that we can see what you're eating?
Your net should be no less than 1200 at the very least. As long as you are not consistently finishing your days with a net of less than 1200 I think you're ok.0 -
depends on how much you are under..and how you are feeling. if you are exercising, hungry and 800 calories under your NET allowance, then that's all kinds of bad!
but a 100-200 here and there isn't going to harm you, in the same way going over by a small amount now and again won't hurt, either.0 -
Depends on a lot of things - how far under, how fast and how much trying to lose, nutrition being consumed, amount of exercise (are you eating back some exercise calories)? Post more info and I'm sure you can get some better answers.0

You should aim to hit the goal MFP has set for you but if you go slightly under or over now again it shouldn't matter
However if you are consistantly under 1200 cals all the time then yes I would say that was "bad" in as much as you probably won't bet getting the nutrients and nourishment you body needs.0 -
Yes, you're depriving yourself of important nutrients required to maintain your organs and repair your cells!0
