I'm 18 and I've recently found out I have patellofemoral syndrome, which is osteoarthritis... I've been told to stop running and to do stationary bike instead. I use a knee brace and I do all the daily stretching I'm supposed to but my knee still hurts after about 20 minutes of the stationary bike.
My doctor said the only other thing would be physical therapy. Has anyone had this problem or a similar one and gone to physical therapy? Or has something else worked for you? Thank you(:

Physio can help, but there are supplements that can help build the cartilidge back up. Glucosamine with MSM, can help. Turmeric and ginger capsules can help relieve the inflammation.0
