30 Day Shred Question...

I know there are many threads about the shred with results and such....

But I have a quick questions for those who have done it before and dont want to search through all the posts (which Ive been doing for the last hour)...

For those of you have completed it, did you just do 10 days of each level everyday or did you mix it up with other activities? Please let me know, I am starting in December and dont want to plateau. If you mixed it up....can you share what you mixed it with? I was thinking about doing it with Jillian's other workout called Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. Any help would be appreciated! :)

    I did the 30 days. I got bored with Level 1 and only did it for 7 days. I was doing Zumba and hiking alternating days too.
  • On top of the 30DS I tried to go for a walk directly afterwards. But when I didn't have time for a walk I would do just the program. It's a great program!

    I did the 30 DS everyday for 30 days & also did the elliptical most days.
