Jack Links peppered beef jerky, yummm..... 15 grams of pure protien per serving. Available everywhere. One fo the small bags is 45 grams of protein. No refrigeration, no mixing, no spreading on anything. Open, pop in mouth, chew

    Hi protein eaters!

I want to have an intake of at least 20g of protein per meal; but the nutritionist told me to have only 1 prot shake per day and I don't like peanut butter!

Any good (and yummy) recommendations? (besides chicken breasts!)

There is not reason to spread protein out - just make sure you get enough in the day. Also peanut butter is a pretty bad source of protein - its too high in fats so you do not get much for the calories.

    Suggestions:

Greek yogurt, any lean meat, fish, quinoa, lentils, seitan, soy, wheat gluten, milk, eggs (a bit high in fat).

I eat all above but to add... Flat out wraps have 9 grams of protein and they are delicious for wraps, burritos or base of a pizza.
