Last ten pounds

I started my journey at 174, joined MFP in June/July. I am down almost 39 pounds and have about 10 more to finish up and to tone up.

I joined Anytime Fitness and hired a personal trainer to help me get into lifting weights currently. I run about 3 times a week.

I would love meet some more people who are their last 10-15 pounds to lose too!
