Okay so after reading the thread about it and the great reviews I went out and got it. I'll try it friday as I am starting Zumba tomorrow lol Just wondering what weights do you start with. I have two 3's (so 6 total) is that good? too much too little? I'm really just starting out with the whole workout thing again but I do lift a 20 lb toddler on a daily basis

you will be fine starting out with the weights you have and then as you progress you can add a little more. I have both 3lb and 5lb and 3 was just fine to start with. Enjoy0
