In this Thanksgiving week what are you thankful for? I am thankful for:

- Finding and using MFP this year. It truly has changed my life by providing a tool that enabled me to be healthier as exemplified by the loss of 42lbs.
- My wife of 30+ years tolerating my obsession with MFP and meeting my targets.
- My family and friends including my on-line MFP friends.
- My clients, without them I do not have work.
