Sugar-free chocolates and desserts!

I don't want to consume too many sugars because when I do I feel gross. I tried Russel Stovers sugar-free chocolates and they were all delicious! I also love sugar-free ice creams and pastries. Now, Im worried that this isn't good for me. What are the affects of artificial sweeteners and should I be consuming them daily? For example, eating a serving of sugar-free chocolates or ice cream every night? I need my dessert :blushing:

I'm not sure about the artificial sweeteners, but some of them will give you horrible gas and explosive diarhea. Just FYI, if you experience this, the sweetener may be the problem.
  • You may consider watching the over all calories of some of these.
I found a snack size hershy bar is lower then sugar free peacan delight.

I'm sure it's fine. My dietician told me not to eat anything sugar free, because I have pre-diabetes. I'm sure that isn't your case. I use stevia in my iced coffee. Stevia is the only natural sweetener on the market. Evidently, all of te artificial sweeteners are bad for you. So, with that said, I'm sure it's fine in moderation to eat sugar free foods. Of course, dark chochlate is actually good for you. You may want to opt for a piece of yummy dark choclate instead...just saying...
