changing my protein needs?

im trying to gain muscle by eating about 1 g of protein per pound of body weight. how do i change my needs to 40% carbs, 30% protein, 20% fats on my daily needs?

    If you mean how do you change the goals MFP sets, when you go into goals and select "change goals" choose the custom option rather than recommended. That way you can set your percentages to what you want rather than the defaults.
