BL***Y Jillian - 30 day shred

So I've doing the 30day shred for three weeks, and heading into fourth week today, I did level 1 and level 2 this morning and OMG burn lol

But I can not do any of the planks :( any suggestions to help lol

After I finished I decided to watch level 3 to see what I'm in for and :noway: I don't know if I can do it lol I will try but yeah it looks really hard lol
