I am 65 and need to lose 50 lbs at least, trying the diet thing but most of the day I am sitting behind a desk. I need to go to the gym and so a workout session at least 3 days a week but hard to do after a 10 hour day. What movitates you to get into the gym

I would just bring you workout stuff and go there right after work no thinking about it just go I would never get there otherwise.,0
