Sugar!

So i can easily be under or meet my calories but even when i do my sugar is usually double what i should have. Any tips on cutting it down to size?

    If it's natural, such as from fruits, don't worry about it.

    My sugar goes through the roof when I have fruit. That is very annoying. So as Dahllywood said, if it's from fruit don't worry about it.

    If you are eating too many calories from added sugar you might need to worry about overall nutrition as most added sugar is lacking in anything other than carbohydrates. Are you protein, fiber and fat goals being met? Are you eating enough vegetables and fruit to get your RDA of vitamins and minerals?
