    You look fantastic! I don't even have the words to tell you how amazing you are. The amount of work & dedication alone is amazing. I started at 314 & can't imagine being 145 & you're so close! I've lost 100 lbs so far & want to lose 50 more. People like you ate such an inspiration for me because you've went above & beyond. How ling has it taken you?
