Vegetable patties

Hi, im looking for a 'tried and true' recipe for vegetable patties... preferabley as 'clean' as possible, and ok to freeze. My Vegetarian 11 year old hates almost all of the processed ones i have purchased in the supermarkets... She's the only one in the family vegetarian and i need something that is quick and easy to throw on whilst i cook our meat. Thanks
