How should I stop eating junk?

I'm recovering from anorexia and I want to gain about 10 pounds and I've been taking 'advantage' by eating a lot of junk like for example today I had:
Breakfast: Toast with light cheese and a poached egg
Snack: Some pistachios and a fat free yogurt
Lunch: Two apples and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
And this is where the binge begins:
Snack: 10 digestive biscuits and 2 dad's cookies (oatmeal chocolate chip)
20 wheat thins, 5 saltines, 5 whole wheat crackers, 2 rice cakes and some greek yogurt
Dinner: Lentil soup and a lot of pita bread
Dessert: 2 bowls of frosted flakes, 1 bowl of honeycomb, 1 bowl of cheerios, almond milk and some fat free yogurt
It all adds up to about 3200 calories
And this does definitely help me gain weight, I've gained like a pound or 2 in 2 days but it makes me feel terribly guilty and I'm afraid it will cause some unhealthy eating habits after I recover, so can you give me some tips and if possible a meal plan to follow to gain healthy weight?
(I don't purge at all, if you're curious)

I would suggest eating more for breakfast and lunch. Have two or three eggs instead of just one. Have a big salad with some protein or a sandwich for lunch. If you fill up more on healthy meals you will be less likely to eat junk food snacks later. And you'll get more nutritional value. And definitely try to add more protein including to your snacks. Don't worry about the calories at this point. You need them and it's good that you are trying to gain.0

First off, congrats on your recovery! That is such a big step in the right direction!
Have you figured out your daily caloric intake? The BMR does this for you.

Once this number is established, you can add in your activity level through the Harris Benedict equation.

Since you are trying to gain weight, check out these tips as well:

In terms of what you should be eating, I would aim for a ratio of 40/40/20, meaning 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fat. The reason why you are eating more during the snack times is because you aren't equally dividing up your calories into 5-6 meals a day.
Have you considered incorporating Shakeology into your routine as well? It's more than just a meal replacement shake, it has over 70 nutrients, from whey protein to digestive enzymes, vitamins and minerals, that your body needs!
Feel free to add me ( : I would love to help you live a happier and healthier life!0
