GF Breakfast choices

Hi, i have been eating Fromage frais, seeds and honey for breakfast because toast doesn't keep me full for long, but now it is getting colder don't really fancy it anymore - what hot breakfasts do people have that are quick and easy to prepare (out of bed at six and out of the house by seven for work). thanks :-)

Eggwhite Omelette with spinache and parmesan on top. I use 3 eggwhites and a whole egg for the omlette.

Oatmeal. I usually add either apples & cinnamon, or pumpkin. And sometimes plain with yogurt on top.

I agree, toast doesn't keep me full either...but since it's fast and I get up super early to work out, I just have a slice of toast anyway topped with peanut butter and maybe a drizzle of agave, or instead topped with half an avocado with S&P (both have a lot of healthy fats). I also have 6 ounces of grapefruit juice for a little energy. Then I have a snack around 10 to hold me over til lunch.

Thanks for the suggestions - I am starting with porridge to see how that goes - not sure what I'll sweeten it with yet because I don't think I can do it with nothing but we will see in the morning. :-)

Oatmeal (find a brand that doesn't have cross-contamination, some are now labeled gluten free) I like adding ground flax seeds and dried berries. When I don't have oatmeal I usually have tofu scramble.
