Hi...again!

Hi, my name is Michelle and this is yet another attempt of mine on my fitness pal to lose the last few pounds after a year of dropping a lot of weight, then breaking under too much stress and getting mysekf into a cycle of binge eating and putting the weight on. The binging has more or less stopped and I have maintained the last few months but have not got the weight loss going again. I just recently found out I am dairy, egg and gluten intolerant so have been avoiding these as much as possible the last two weeks. I have to avoid these for three months and will be going back to dietician again.

I really want to drop 10 to 14 pounds before Xmas. I keep changing plans from clean eating to weight watchers to calorie counting so I just need to stick to something and be consistent. I have opted for clean eating and calorie counting and to really up the water as I am not nearly drinking enough! Exercise is not a problem for me. I exercise 6 - 11 times per week doing a mixture of spinning, personmal training and kettlebell classes. I just need to get my diet under control and stop this constant thinking of dieting and losing weight which has me so down, depressed and drained!
