Butt & thighs workout

Hello everyone,

I am new to MFP, to diets, and workout. I have had an unhealthy lifestyle for 8 years. I have gained a lot of weight and I am now at 200 lb. Worse, all the fat goes to my bum and thighs. I started 30 Day Shred last week but I was wondering if it is a good workout for me.


Please suggest any other DVDs or exercise to work these areas ?!
