NSV-First weekend watching calories

And not only that... I stayed under! While I find it fairly easy to stay on track during the week, weekends are pretty much food bombs for me. Giant cheezy plates of nachos, overloaded pizza... You name it, I eat it. Somehow this weekend I discovered enough willpower to stay under my limit, cook a couple meals for myself, AND exercise so I could have that serving of cheese with dinner. :laugh: Last night was very difficult, but I talked to a friend, had a couple tic-tacs, and focused on something else. I'm excited to see how much easier this will be once I have some recipes lined up!

    That is great. I struggle with the same thing. I sometimes don't even want to log in on the weekends. So happy for you!!
