Embarrassing Concern

I've nearly lost twenty pounds since I started counting calories, which is good. My waistline hasn't improved too much; I seem to be losing most of it from my thighs, which is ok. I also lost a little weight from my cleavage, which is to be expected.
The problem?
I've only lost weight in one of them.
As far as I've noticed, my breasts have always been equally proportioned. But, while it's not too noticable, one appears to have gotten smaller, while the other has stayed the same size. Has this happened to anyone else?

pics or it didn't happen!
But yeah uneven weight loss is common, i see it in my arms sometimes lol0 -
Uneven loss is quite common, a lot of people lose weight unevenly - hands, legs, breasts, even the face sometimes, if you look closely.
Keep up the good work, and it will all even out. Cheers.0 -
Yep, noticing the boob thing too!0

very few people are naturally symetrical- those with extra weight or not. its just nature.0

Not much you can do about it minus surgery0

It happens...most women have uneven breasts though, to varying degrees, regardless of weight or weight loss. I understand why it would bother you (I have it too and it also bothers me), but it is normal.0

A lot of women have one that is slightly larger than the other (me too). As long as you're doing regular self-exams and can rule out anything medical, I wouldn't worry about it!!0

I've noticed that my left arm is bigger than my right arm. But my left boob has always been bigger than my right boob. I attribute it to being right-handed and using that side of my body more than the other. Though, I do wish the arms would even out. I'm used to the boob issue... it's always been like that.0

the same thing happened to me! now one is noticably smaller than the other.. it's frustrating, but like it was said before, most women have uneven breasts & usually the only people that notice it are themselves, so that's a plus!0

I see it in my arms too. So annoying.0 -
Normal, but as someone who's had three t*tty surgeries and is now left with hysterical boobage, I encourage you to make sure you're touching them regularly for lumps as well as getting mammograms or ultrasounds as needed. It's not or concerning for them not to be even, but occasionally it can be due to a mass of sorts (benign or not.)
Enlist help if you aren't comfortable touching your own boobies. There are plenty of volunteers out there :blushing:0 -
If it helps...us guys don't care. They are just as fun to enjoy either way!0

My entire left side is different from my right, down to the hollow in my left cheek that isn't in my right. Nobody notices it until I point it out, but it kinda bugs me.0
