Thigh trimming exercises with bad knees

I would love tips on slimming down my thighs (my thighs are the size i would like my future waist to be V_V)...but I have *horrible* knees. So squats and lunges are out. Ideas? any/all comments appreciated!

    Just keep sticking to your calorie goals. That will have the most powerful shrinking effect, it is much more important than any specific exercise, and the good news is, it is 100% easy on the knees! Hope that helps :flowerforyou:

    Lucky is right. I have problems with my knees too, mainly due to my weight. I am trying to walk more each day (I need to sew my pedometer to each pair of pants LOL), and I know that works, done it before. Watch your calorie goals, and stick to them. Drink lots and lots of water (keeps you hydrated, and feeling a bit fuller), and try to cut back on the salt intake.

    what I'm saying is that weight loss and fat loss comes from diet. fitness comes from exercise.
    You can't spot reduce, outside of surgery.
