Just adding my 2 cents. I have Zumba for Wii (that's how I started) and then graduated to the live class. The classes are so much more fun and a better workout IMO. I even have a Zumba DVD my niece did and I still like the class better. So if you have any being offered near you, I would suggest going to classes anyday over a DVD or game.

I teach Zumba and I love it. The people in my classes vary in age from 18-60+. I just encorage my participants to keep moving and have fun! Give it a try, I think you will enjoy it.0
