First post 5 months in

Hi, I normaly just use my phone for this and have been accurately recording every calorie for 5 months now. I tried MFP after a friend recommended it and I've seen great progress, losing 4 kg of fat then gaining 4 kg of muscle with a (now accurate) calorie counted and high protein diet and weight training 4 times a week.
How on earth people calorie counted before this is beyond me, this app has been a real eye opener as to what I actualy have been eating rather than what I THINK I've eaten when I've been adding up in my head.
My top tip is to do plenty of CV if you want to lose weight, even if you only start with a 10 min fast walk every other day, this allows you to eat more as it adds to your daily ammount of calories, the more you exercise the more you can eat!
