Dragged behind the wagon, need to get back on.

I haven't TOTALLY fallen off the wagon, but have been hanging on by my fingernails. Too many birthday celebrations recently, involving going out with friend to eat, and not being able to resist delicious cheeseburgers... I'm about the 4 month mark, and have done very well. I'm down 45 pounds, and even survived a plateau a month ago. Interestingly, about two years ago, I lost my first 40 pounds or so, which also took 4-5 months, and then I totally fell off the wagon. It's gotten a lot harder the last week or so. I never used to be hungry between meals during the day, but lately, I'm hungry all the time. I'm still trying to drink 2-3 L of water a day to help with this. Hopefully, I can push through this and keep going. I'm close to my first goal weight of 250, and would love to eventually make it down to 200.
My wife and I put together our new recumbent exercise bike over the weekend, so now I just need to get on it every day or so, focus on eating well, and see if I can push through this. Maybe I can buy myself another 4 month period of concetration... ;-).

Man just think if you were lifting serious weights. All that eating would be going to your sexy bulging man muscles for fuel instead of places you dont need. Plus you could get stronger so you can pick up that bike and chunk it at the person who sold it to you instead of suggesting a bad *kitten* weight set.
All and all its winter man, dont get too skinny or your balls will freeze and when summer comes along, get outside and do some sprints on top of some Complexes and some serious squats. Your test. levels will shoot and make you burn all that fat faster then you have with just dieting!0 -
LOL... I've never enjoyed lifting weights, even though I've done it a couple of times in my life. Thanks for the laugh though.Man just think if you were lifting serious weights. that was so funny. Sounds like you're doing good. I think there are going to be those days or weeks where you're feeling hungry or having a hard time differentiating between being hungry or just craving food or being bored. I think exercising so you can eat more calories might get you over the hump. Good luck!0
