Two years ago I went from 234 to 160. I had occasional help from a personal trainer. Over the last year it has just been me. I have taken up running (again) and maintained well. Unfortunately I am still considered obese on the bmi chart and my body fat is 30! I am looking to get into healthy range for both. The number on the scale is not so important but it should be about 15lbs. Any friends welecome.

BMI is gay. If you think you look good, then you do. If you think you look bad, then you are just a woman :smokin:0
