Two years ago I went from 234 to 160. I had occasional help from a personal trainer. Over the last year it has just been me. I have taken up running (again) and maintained well. Unfortunately I am still considered obese on the bmi chart and my body fat is 30! I am looking to get into healthy range for both. The number on the scale is not so important but it should be about 15lbs. Any friends welcome.

Congrats on your weight loss so far! If your goal is to lower you BF% your best bet would be weightlifting. If you are still eating at a deficit you wont build new muscle..but you will keep more of the muscle you already have while burning fat. Good luck!0
