Created a new awesome (and HEALTHY) smoothie last night! If you'd like to give it a try, here's the recipe for it!

Cinnamon Apple Smoothie (w/chia)

Ingredients:

- 2 Cups of Silk Pure Almond Milk (Unsweeted Vanilla)
- 1/2 Honeycrisp Apple
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3-oz water
- 1 tbs raw chia seeds

Directions:

Throw it all in your blender and blend it up! Drink up and Enjoy! This recipe makes about 22 ounces.

Fat: 7.3 grams
Carbs: 18.3 grams
Fiber: 8.7 grams
Protein: 3.6 grams
