I have not posted one of these in quite a while. So here ya go this morning. Always remember one little oops or poor decision you made today does not effect tomorrow. Each day make one decision to better yourself through diet or exercise and eventually it will be come a habit and a lifestyle. Dont stress yourself out over it just embrace it and love your new life. Cheers my friends!
Whether one is twenty, forty, sixty, or eighty; whether one has succeeded, failed or just muddled along - life begins each morning! The greatest fact in life is that it is never too late to start again. Biography simply overflows with inspiring examples of this truth. However discouraging your days may have been, keep this thought burning brightly in your mind: life begins each morning!

Sure it matters, but self flagellation because of it won't make it any better. Live, learn and penance run!0 -
I most definitely matters on Monday. You have the choice to continue binging or to get right. It only stops mattering if you give up!0

Why even accept the mentality that it is possible to fail on the weekend? Failure starts with your thought process. Fix it and see if your actions don't start to follow.0 -

I didnt say anyone failed. I said it matters the next day.
I didnt say anything about self-flaggelation or whatever either, I said it matters the next day.0 -
