Three Weeks in!

Just over three weeks into the healty eating plan (i refuse to call it a diet as it is a lifestyle change), things are going well, 10 lbs off. I have Just seen my GP who told me that my bloods are in the normal range but the high end of normal, so another good reason to keep on going and take the lbs off. My main insperation is for my wife and son, I want to be here for them for a while yet. Life is short enough i think i need to everything i can to help me stick around. Is anyone else going through something similar?

    I am also 3 weeks in today and 10lbs down! I started my exercise routine 3 months ago and its only now that I feel I have an actual routine and a handle on it all. Thats a lot to do with using the diary system here.
