Polar FT4 battery change help?

Has anyone had to replace the battery in their Polar FT4 transmitter yet? I can't get the back off.. and I think (hope) thats the problem - it either picks up no heart rate, or tells me my heart rate is 235 bpm. I've only had it 7 months, time to replace? or do you think the battery will fix it - and how in the heck do you change the battery?

I will be doing this today as a matter of fact! I know you need a coin to turn the back and open.
