Not sure if it's possible to be target specific in that time frame...everyone is different.
I tend to weigh once a week and measure once a month. I'm eating 1400 cals that MFP set for me, plus I eat back some of my exercise calories as well. I also drink a ton of water. I was also doing only cardio exercises to start with. Walking on the treadmill and stationary bike.
However, when I started losing, it took a few weeks before anything substantial happened, then the first set of loss measurements I took showed a huge loss in inches...I think about 11 inches over all. Most of that was probably from losing retained water. After that, the losses have been minimal, an inch or two, that's all, but I am also doing weights now on top of my cardio, so with that, my proportions are changing a bit. What I lost initially on my boobs I've gotten back working on my pecs!
If you are strict about following this lifestyle change, you'll make 2 stone in no time. I've found factoring in 'cheats' into my calorie budget works well. A lot of people follow the 80/20 rule...eat healthy 80% of the time and not so healthy the other 20%. If you deprive yourself, you will probably struggle with this.
