10 lbs in 3 weeks

Help please ladies, I have 10 lbs to shift in 3 weeks, do I do low carb or count cals, or can you suggest something else. I have a bad knee so what excercise should I do! any help appreciated, thanks LesXX

    It's not going to be easy to shift 10 lbs in three weeks, especially considering you don't have that much weight. You might be able to pull off 5 lbs.. For food, just eat lean whole foods (no processed foods), plenty of fruits and veggies. You don't need to exercise, in fact, exercise will cause water retention.

    eat less, move more....

    and learn from this experience that if you want to lose weight, dont leave it to the last minute, or 3 weeks...

    develop a healthy lifestyle that incorporates healthy food and some exercise...
