Vitamin's

I started taking vitamins about 3 months ago now and I'm shocked by what a difference they make for me in various ways. Made me wonder what everyone else is taking and what I could add to my regime.

I currently take:

Azo - Cranberry supplement
On Daily Woman's Multi Vitamin
Spirulina
Sundown Naturals - Hair, Skin & Nails

I know I need to start taking Fish Oil / Omega but I'm working up to it. So many pills already :)
