So frustrated

I have started this MFP thing so many times that I don't understand it! I know it works, it even got me to my lowest weight in the past 15 years and then I fall off. I am not as heavy as I was to start but why do i keep doing this to myself?

I seem to get down to a pretty good weight and the complacency sets in. I don't know how to keep the motivation going... I know that the answer is you just do, but it doesn't seem to be working with me.

Oh well, here we go for try 1,001 and hopefully it sticks!
