New Year!

Kinda early for this, but I really want to hear about people's new year resolutions! Obviously we are here on this website MFP to eat healthier and lose weight.. so is there a specific thing in life you want to do more or change or get rid of completely?!

Have thought long and hard about mine and obviously I want to pick one that I know I can stick to forever.

So I can getting ride of pop completely for the new year. Diet and Regular!

Now how about you?!

My resolution is to keep going to the gym even though its going to be overrun by people going to fulfill their new year's resolution. Its only a few weeks but its really annoying :)

I get what you're saying, because it happens at my gym too.
Hell, I WAS that guy for 5-6 years...

This year, when the new crowd is in the gym, take a minute and compliment one of the new people....It will make there day, and could make a difference.

We were all new at one point..

    No Resolutions here...

38% of Americans chose losing weight as their resolutions, only 45% of American make a resolution

I am part of the 55% of Americans who will not be making a resolution, and instead will be starting NOW to make a difference!

Last year my resolutions lasted six months. This time I can do it all the way, and make the next years to keep going. I am going Primal.

I'm going to keep working on my resolution (to continue with weight loss, going to the gym, walking, and eating healthy. But I'm not waiting until the New Year, I'm working on it now and I'm going to keep on working on it.

Keep up with the exercise (don't really have a target weight, will just see how I go)
Get some good toning done and see if I can start to fix this celulite thing :grumble:
Start trying for our first child
Keep baby weight (hopefully) to a minimum

-Squat double my body weight (only 25lbs to go!)
-Start a conversation with the cute power lifter at my gym (his deadlift form is amazing)
-To continue my fitness journey indefinitely
