I would like to have some friends who are motivated and are serious about losing weight. Please feel free ad me as a friend, I'm on here everyday and would like to find some encouraging people to surround myself with to help me along this journey

    I started July 27 and have lost 43 lbs so far. want to hit the 50 lbs mark by the end of Jan for a trip.

    Good luck on your new endeavor...
    1. Be honest about what you ate... if need be fisherman's story about what you ate... Don't be afraid to overestimate.
    2. Be honest about workouts... Did you really go that long, that strenuously... Don't be afraid to underestimate.
    3. Log everything... Carry a three by five card to list whilst away from home...
    4. Be prepared to lose weight, because that's what you'll do if you do the first three things.
