Lost and now gaining - getting back on

Over the past year (starting in January) I have lost about 35 lbs. Recently, I have gained about 5 lbs back. This is the point where I need to get back on track and not gain any more! Any advise to get the motivation back? Especially right before the holidays? I feel motivated, and I'm still exercising, however I have let myself have more indulgences than I had been. I have good days, then the weekend comes and I slip up again.

I am the same way, all week doing ok, weekend went to hell. Though I need to step up my exercise. Just take one day at a time and focus. I intend on eating during the holidays but not over eat and keep working out hard! Have one sliver of pie instead of 3 pieces hehe
